You'll enjoy two unique bedrooms with super comfy mattresses, blackout curtains, ample storage, and desks for work.
Our bathrooms are well equipped, including in-unit washer/dryer and supplies.

The Perry District is the HIPPEST, most diverse neighborhood in Spokane, with great old architecture, awesome restaurants, multiple shops, artists, musicians, houses of worship, health and beauty services.
The Perry District is a friendly "walking neighborhood" with 3 parks, and the Ben Burr Trail within blocks. You'll likely see families, seniors, 30-somethings, and dogs out and about--stop and say "Hello!"
We're close to downtown, but not too close, so you can easily access events, but still have the comfort of a great, diverse and safe neighborhood.
